Can the next owner read my secret?

No. A private secret belongs to the authenticated owner profile. The Release ritual removes the owner’s secret association before resale.

What does Anonymous mean?

Anonymous secrets may enter a moderated archive without the owner’s name, email, bag identity or precise location.

What happens when I sell the bag?

Authenticate, choose Release your secret and confirm. Personal content is removed and the bag becomes ready for a new owner.

Is personal information stored on the NFC tag?

No. The tag contains only a secure link or cryptographic response. Personal data belongs in protected, encrypted storage.

What if my phone does not scan the tag?

Unlock the phone and hold its NFC antenna close to the leather marker for two seconds. Remove thick or metallic cases.
